STOL CH750 QUICK BUILD KIT

FUSELAGE
The fuselage is completely assembled. All interior mating surfaces are primed before assembly. Control stick and flaperon bell crank is installed. Control system kit is included. You must attach and align the wing, wing struts, and horizontal stab. You need to install your baggage bay, seats, doors, front windshield and top window. Installation of landing gear, wheels and brakes are the owners responsibility. Installation of the Rudder pedals, Control cables, fuel system and electrical are the responsibility of the owner.
WINGS
The wings are completely jig assembled. The top skin is drilled but not riveted. The tip and root skin are not installed. All interior mating surfaces are primed before assembly. The leading edge slat mounts and flaperon hinge points have been fabricated, aligned, and installed on the ribs. The fuel tanks and fuel system are not installed.
SLATS / FLAPERONS
The leading edge slats are jig built and finished. All interior mating surfaces are primed before assembly. They are ready join and mount on the wing. The flaperons are built and must be joined and hinged. Tips are not installed. Flaperon joiner and control rod attachment are not installed.
TAIL SURFACES
The horizontal stabilizer is assembled. The elevator is assembled. The top skin of both surfaces is drilled but not riveted. Hinge points and control horns are not installed The rudder is NOT assembled. All interior mating surfaces are primed before assembly. You must hinge and mount all the above surfaces. The rudder fairings and hinges must be installed.
FINISHING KIT
Included in above price. Some parts of the control system are installed.
The builder is left with approximately 250 hours of labor to complete the airframe.
Engine, electrical, paint, interior, final assembly, weight and balance, & final inspection are the responsibility of the owner.

Day 1 - 3 Kit orientation & inventory, rudder construction,
landing gear assembly, install engine mount
Day 4 - 7 Wing fuel system, wing skins, Fit wings and struts
Day 8 – 12 Control installation in Fuselage,
Fit doors and windshield, Mount engine
Day 13 - 17 Flaperons, Leading edge slats,
Elevator, Horizontal stab,
Mount control surfaces and stabilizer
Day 18 – 21 Engine installation, Instrument panel installation
(Instrument panel must be stock pre wired panel)
** Kit and component costs are additional.
150 hours of technical assistance and 21 days of shop rental are included.
All additional technical assistance, shop rental, and storage fees are the responsibility of the kit owner.
Kit owner is expected to contribute matching labor during the 21 assembly days.
Inspection fees, licensing fees, instrument panel construction, paint, & upholstery are extra.
Installation of options and custom modifications can and will change the schedule and cost.
